Payment and personal data

Cards of international payment systems VISA, MasterCard are accepted for payment. The security of making a payment is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission through closed communication channels. The card data will be entered using a secure authorization page of your bank. For payment you must enter the card details: number, name of the holder, expiration date and three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3DSecure technology, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code. If you use Apple Pay, choose a card from the Wallet app, enter a password or another authentication method, depending on the app’s settings. The personal information you provide (for example: name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this Internet resource.

Processing of the order occurs during 2-4 working days after receiving the payment. When the goods are handed over to the courier service, the buyer will receive a tracking number of the shipment by e-mail.

Default delivery will be made by Belpost. Delivery time depends on the city of destination and can take from 20 to 50 working days. For request of prompt delivery by EMS or other postal operators, please contact us by e-mail before making the order.

Checkout and delivery:

Go to the website, choose a convenient currency. Add necessary items to your cart on the site. Check the items in the cart and their quantity. Then proceed to Checkout. Please provide your complete and accurate postal and contact information. Then proceed to payment.
Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard , Apple Pay and Samsung Pay systems. Immediately after payment, the site will send a message with the content of your order to your email address specified during registration. If you have not received the message, check your SPAM folder.
After the transfer of your parcel to delivery service, a new message will be emailed to you,
which will contain your parcel number or a ready made tracking link. DO NOT ATTEMPT to respond to automatic emails from the site – your messages will not reach. If you would like to contact us, please, send your message to the email of technical support, which is indicated in the letter with the content of your order and at the bottom of each site.

DELIVERY TIME depends on the country and the method of shipment. Even postal operators do not know the exact delivery time. The situation is further complicated by quarantine measures in some countries, so postal operators warn in advance that delivery time may be increased. The longest delivery is usually made to Spain and sometimes to Ukraine, the fastest one is provided to Russia in case if the parcel has been sent via CDEK, to the pick-up point.


The system does not display the movement of the parcel online, i.e. you do not see how the parcel is getting closer to you every minute. Only the moments of the parcel passing through post offices or customs are noted. After the parcel has left the territory of Belarus, its status is updated only when it is taken for processing at your national customs office or at the post office.
Physically, parcels are delivered to different countries quickly, and processed slowly, sometimes, like in Spain, very slowly. Be aware of this fact, please!

Resend and refund:

 Resend or refund may be requested only if, due to circumstances beyond your control, your order has not arrived at its final destination and it can be seen on the track number. LLC “Cosmetic Technologies” is not responsible for false information provided by the customer. If you indicated incorrect data and the goods are returned by postal service, re-sending is possible only at the expense of the customer.

To return funds you must send an e-mail from the address specified in your personal account when purchasing goods to the address You must indicate the reason for refund request, last name and first name of the buyer, the order number and the date of its registration.

Refund will be made to the bank payment card from which the payment was made within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the request. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount, minus postage.
